Over the next few years, the company is set to acquire additional wealth management firms, making this is an exciting time full off opportunity for anyone joining the company!About the Finance Manager RoleAs Finance Manager, you will have a diverse and impactful role within the Accounts team. Your work will not only support the day-to-day financial operations but also contribute to strategic growth initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development in a collaborative environment.Finance Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable management
  • Processing of monthly accounting journals
  • Preparation and submission of monthly payroll
  • Regulatory pension contributions processing.
  • Month End KPI Reporting
  • Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Preparation & Submission of Quarterly VAT returns
  • Management and maintenance of all ledgers
  • Input into the preparation of statutory accounts
  • Input into the preparation of corporation tax return
  • Liaising with third party accountancy provider
  • Production of yearly cash flow and P&L projections
  • Support with internal record management and auditing

Finance Manager Package

  • Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience.
  • 29 days of holiday per year, including bank holidays.
  • Annual pay reviews and pension contributions after 3 months.
  • Death in service, PMI, Income protection and critical illness coverage
  • Weekly health and wellbeing sessions and quarterly team events.
  • Support for professional development, including access to financial advisors.

Finance Manager Skills and Experience

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or part qualified is desired (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in accounting, including financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
