STD Development LTD is looking to recruit a skilledWarehouse Operative who possesses prior experience in a high-traffic transportwarehouse setting.
We seek an individual eager to learn and who has abackground in warehouse operations. While experience with forklifts and HGVs isadvantageous, it is not a strict requirement. As a family-owned business, STDDevelopment LTD aims to integrate a new member into our small night team. TheDay shift requires a dependable and industrious individual.
Pay scale:
£480 per week, rising to £560 when training completed
Fully qualified starts on £560 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Night Shift, 15:00pm until 23:00

- Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloadingmerchandise from vehicles, when unloaded labelling pallets for the correctlocation
- Moving pallets or cratesthroughout the warehouse, scanning into warehouse and out onto trucks
- Performing daily inspections ofequipment
- Opening and closing trailercurtains
- loading and unloading of trucksas required- following a run sheet to load correctly
- Ensuring the upkeep of thesite.
- The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience in operating a forklift
- Hold some experience in HGV driving
- Demonstrate fundamental mathematical abilities forcalculating weights and dimensions
- Show a comprehensive understanding of warehouseoperations
- Maintain excellent physical fitness, as the positionentails considerable physical activity, including lifting, bending, andextended periods of standing. Weencourage you to apply now!
