- Provide excellent client care and legal advice, adhering to compliance issues and relevant codes of conduct.
- At least three years of experience managing your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims.
- Proven billing record and history in litigation.
- IT literate with knowledge of case management software, ideally Proclaim.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively.
- In-depth understanding of statutory legislation, case law, and compliance issues.
