Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Land Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As a Land Manager, you will play an integral role in identifying, acquiring, and securing land opportunities for residential and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for managing the entire land acquisition process, from initial identification through to deal completion, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of each project.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UK residential development market, land sourcing, and the planning process.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to structure land deals effectively and close transactions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Desirable Attributes:

  • A degree in Land Management, Planning, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial appraisals for land acquisitions.
  • Previous experience working in land promotion or land agency.
