Technical Account Manager, Congleton, Permanent, £23,000 + Bonus
We are currently supporting a local technical organisation in the heart of Congleton, who offer high quality products within their field. You will join a friendly team of 6 and report directly to the Head of Technical Support and become a vital part of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys resolving issues and delivering a high standard of service to customers.
Duties will include:
Providing support to service users
Troubleshooting any issues that arise
Promoting and upselling the products and services
Managing client relationships
Working to SLAs to ensure timely responses
If you have previous customer service experience, are driven, happy to pick up the phone, well organised and proactive then we want to hear from you. The company offer a bonus scheme to enhance your earnings, casual dress, company events, and is dog friendly!
