Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Software Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will act as the primary technical contact for our clients, ensuring they successfully leverage our software solutions. You will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships, addressing technical inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and how our solutions can help them achieve their goals.

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level guidance on our software products, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate onboarding sessions and deliver training programs to empower clients in utilising our software effectively.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate client feedback to product and engineering teams, advocating for enhancements and new features that align with client needs.

  • Proactive Account Management: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical issues in our CRM system, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical account management is not necessary.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
