- Classroom Management: Ensure students remain on task and follow school rules and guidelines.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the lead teacher on student behavior, progress, and any issues that arise during the lesson.
- Flexible Subject Coverage: Supervise a range of subjects, adapting to the needs of different classes and year groups.
- Enthusiasm and Passion: A genuine interest in education and working with young people.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Ability to work across several schools, adapting to different environments and schedules.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents as needed.
