  • To improve the lives of ex-offenders and individuals with substance misuse issues by delivering a high-quality, direct support service to individuals or groups, helping them transition to permanent housing. This includes being a point of contact with referring agents and partnership agencies to ensure effective collaboration for individual support needs, working closely with the team and service manager.
  • Participate in assessing and reviewing future housing and support needs, and in identifying and co-ordinating internal and external services and referrals to meet these needs.
  • Ensure that rent arrears policies are administered in accordance with the capabilities of service users, assisting them where required to claim welfare benefits as appropriate.
  • Must be able to drive as the role will require travelling within a small patch in Cheshire. A company car will be provided for work within this patch.
