The Role:As Site Engineer, you will:

  • Provide technical support to the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day management of construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards, including those related to civil engineering construction and building regulations.
  • Carry out site surveys, measurements, and level checks.
  • Prepare and maintain site records, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Assist with the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role within the civil engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering construction techniques, including earthworks, drainage, piling, and structural works.
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant engineering software and design tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to project management.
