This is an exciting and varied opportunity and great for work/life balance! (9 day fortnight)
Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a team to handle warranty claim submissions accurately
- Ensuring owner details are legitimate.
- Accurately coding and identifying primary parts.
- Validating the warranty cover.
- Validating defects digitally.
- Identifying parts required to carry out the repair.
- Identifying the correct amount of labour required to carry out the repair.
- Validating expenses
- To process delivery errors.
- To expedite urgent parts and provide delivery information.
- To ensure all queries are followed up in a timely manner and that the retailer is kept informed throughout.
Experience:
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
