Customer Support Executive (Temporary Role)

Are you a customer-focused individual looking for a dynamic and rewarding short-term opportunity? Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join our client based in Consett for a 2-3 month temporary role. You will play a key part in supporting their engineering team, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the seamless running of business operations. ??

This is an urgent role starting ASAP, therefore we can only consider candidates who are available immediately.

Position Details:

  • Role: Customer Support Executive (Temporary, 2-3 months)
  • Salary: £12.30 per hour
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Consett
  • Free on-site parking!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Plan Engineering Work: Schedule and allocate jobs for engineers, ensuring efficient routing and time management.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer tickets, providing timely and professional resolutions.
  • Internal Team Support: Assist internal teams with administrative tasks and system updates to maintain smooth operations.
  • Issue Tracking: Log, monitor, and follow up on reported issues, ensuring effective resolution and communication to customers.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of job planning, customer interactions, and internal communications.
  • Liaison with Engineers: Act as the link between engineers, customers, and the wider support team, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support other departments as required, contributing to our collaborative team environment.
