Job Details:
- Regional Director
- Working for a national organisation that specialises in expert care and support for children and young people
- Holding RI registration for 3 homes
- Line managing Registered Managers of each services, the homes support children and young people with LD, Autism and EBD.
- The Regional Director will work with the Registered Managers to ensure the homes meet OFSTED and company expectations and requirements
- The Regional director will also ensure each home provides positive outcomes for the children within the service
- Lead and support where needed on recruitment
- Lead on opening new homes, with 3 more being added to the area within the next year
- The homes are based in Consett and Crook
Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working between the children's homes and occasional working from home days for admin work
- Salary up to 65,000
Requirements Details:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Experience in a senior management role within children's services
- Driving Licence
