We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage a team of 10 operatives, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards in daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 warehouse operatives.
  • Lead and support the warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate goods receipt and efficient supply to assembly area.
  • Organise team members to optimise the use of labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain health & safety and quality standards throughout operations.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and training where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets.

Key Criteria

  • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or logistics role (manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of stock management and warehouse processes.
  • Excellent communication and people-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
