Are you an experienced leader looking to take charge in a busy manufacturing warehouse? We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage a team of 10 operatives, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards in daily operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 warehouse operatives.
- Lead and support the warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate goods receipt and efficient supply to assembly area.
- Organise team members to optimise the use of labour, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain health & safety and quality standards throughout operations.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and training where necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets.
Key Criteria
- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or logistics role (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong understanding of stock management and warehouse processes.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
