Document Controller

Are you an organised Document Controller looking for a new opportunity to utilise your Administration skills? Join a leading construction organisation who specialise in crafting, implementing, and upholding electrical and mechanical systems.

In the Document Controller role you will be;

• Taking the lead in developing, maintaining and monitor administrative systems
• Ensuring document traceability and maintaining organised filing systems, supporting quality assurance and audit readiness for electronic and paper files
• Other administrative duties as and when required

To be considered for the Document Controller role you must have / be;

• Extremely IT literate and comfortable with using all Microsoft packages
• Ability to use your own initiative and be happy to work alone
• Extremely proactive and organised
• A Background in quality assurance and health and safety would be an advantage

This is a temporary role that could become permanent for the right person. Offering part time hours, ideally 2 days per week from 8:30 am- 17:00pm, however could be flexible and has the option of hybrid or office based. This role is based in the beautiful county of Conwy and is offering an hourly rate of £12.50 - £13 per hour holiday pay.
