The Assistant Finance Business Partner will proactively prepare, develop and analyse financial information for the business to inform the Business Plan, enabling the Management team to take well-informed decisions, leading to future stability and growth.
Job Spec:
- Preparing and presenting annual budgets, management accounts and future forecasts to Managers, the Leadership Team and Board Members to support the Business Plan.
- Responsible for monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate information for the Management Accounts.
- Utilising and setting up processes, procedures and contracts.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and identify process improvements
- Assisting with the statutory accounts as required.
- To support the Finance Business Partner in the leadership of the Finance function and deputise for them when required to do so.
- Input of financial data
Person Spec:
- AAT Fully Qual or equivalent Qualification or experience
- Experience working within a similar role
