The ideal candidate has law firm experience, excellent typing and organisational skills. This role is integral to ensuring our legal processes run smoothly and maintaining high client service standards. Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Take and make client-related calls, dealing with and handling message taking as appropriate
  • Manage interactions and ensure new prospects, clients, and contacts are added
  • Responsible for keeping up to date with client-specific protocols and processes, implementing, providing guidance, and training to others where necessary and ongoing monitoring
  • Support fee earners in business development activities, including the involvement in preparation of pitches and presentations, scheduling meetings, and drafting itineraries
  • Taking detailed instructions from clients and contacts including new matters (but not providing advice) and generally assisting fee earners to progress matters, including arranging and sitting in on client meetings to take notes.
 What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in a legal role (Desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience of diary management and admin support (essential)
  • Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
  • Resilience, perseverance and positivity when meeting new challenges.
