- Manage and assess homelessness cases in line with legislation
- Deliver interventions to prevent homelessness, such as mediation and housing advice
- Develop and implement personal housing plans for service users
- Work closely with private landlords and lettings agencies to secure housing options
- Collaborate with external partners, including social care, health services, and probation
- Provide outreach services, including home visits and community engagement
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and housing policies
- Experience in welfare rights, debt advice, or mediation services
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex caseload
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- IT proficiency, including database management and Microsoft Office
- Experience in multi-agency working and partnership collaboration
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel as required
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

- Based in Colwyn Bay, with travel across Conwy as required
- The pay rate for the role is £20.00per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £17.05 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
