Meat Packer

Major Recruitment are looking for experienced meat Packers to join our highly successful client in Cookstown a permanent basis. Our client, based in Cookstown, is a leading food company with a diverse range of meat and seafood products that delight consumers worldwide.

They are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join their team of over 13,000 employees across 44 sites in Canada, Europe, and the UK. With a rich 25-year history, our client produces over 500 million meals annually and is one of Canada's largest food companies. As a top manufacturer of protein products for retail and foodservice, our client offers a broad portfolio of branded and private-label items, including pork, beef, fish, turkey, and chicken.

This is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate, and offers progression genuine progression opportunities for someone who is wanting to learn the trade, there is the opportunity to learn butchery or slaughter skills which pays up to 16ph. Our client is also looking for multiple people and are open to referrals.

Various shifts morning and evening available including:

• 5.45am - 2.45pm
• 5.45am - 2.45pm
• 7.00AM - 4.30PM
• 7.15AM - 5.45PM
• 4.30pm - 12.30am
• 5.00pm - 1.00am
• 6.30am - 3.00pm

All Monday to Friday

Skills and Experience Required:

• Must have own transport due to the location of the site.
