Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the financial integrity of the organisation.



Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets to provide insightful financial analysis.
Accounts Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation.
Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to provide financial advice and support, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.



Experience and Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a similar accounting role is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.



Desirable Qualifications

A qualification in accounting (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates who are part-qualified or actively pursuing their qualifications are encouraged to apply.
