What You Will Do
- Develop moulding processes using Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Ensure maintenance of quality and output through precise process adjustments.
- Work with blow moulded packaging products, applying your expertise to improve production.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
- Contribute to the development of new products and processes, from concept to implementation.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in moulding processes.
- Experience with blow moulded packaging products is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in using DOE for process development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in team environments.
