The ideal candidate will have an Estimator background and be local to the Cookstown area, and have a desire to grow a build a team.

THE ROLE:

• Help plan the project delivery schedule
• Coach and mentor new recruits to help them progress in their careers
• Speak with customers and clients to provide accurate estimations of their desired projects
• Some travel to client sites
