Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and compliance across the site.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets the required quality standards, with a focus on delivering a first-class healthcare facility.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the on-site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, designers, and the internal project team, to ensure project goals are met.
- Programme Management: Develop, monitor, and adjust the construction programme to ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity.
