Job Title: Handy Person/Maintenance
Hourly Rate: 12.50 per hour
Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm (Mon - Thu) / 7:30am to 12:30pm (Fri)
Location: Leicestershire, LE12
The Role: A well known manufacturing company are looking for a Handy Person/Maintenance person to join their team and help with the general maintenance of the site.

Duties include:
Preventative and reactive maintenance duties.
Use hand and power tools.
Work to a tight schedule and follow instructions
Basic DIY
Heavy Lifting
Moving Materials using the FLT
Basic repairs
Grounds Maintenance
Reporting issues
The Candidate:
This would suit someone with experience of undertaking general yard and maintenance duties
A Counterbalance FLT Licence is desirable
MUST be able to drive due to location
Need to be competent with general DIY duties and the use of hand tools
Must be fine with heavy lifting
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
