Finance Administrator

Immediate start, part-time hours three days per week 9am till 4pm (Thurs is essential, flexable on day two & three either Mon, Tues or Wed), Temporary, NN17 1QE

Due to continued success a head office location of a small local manufacturing company who provide their services throughout the UK & Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join them. You will provide support to the finance director:

  • Providing day to day support the Finance Director
  • Posting sales & purchase invoices on to system
  • Requesting copies invoices from suppliers when required
  • Matching P.O.D's with invoices, liaising internally and with suppliers re any discrepancies
  • Processing time-sheet and expenses for payroll
  • Administration support related to the department

We would expect the successful Finance Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good eye for detail, and strong working knowledge of Excel, and knowledge of Xero accounting package would be advantageous but not essential. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Accounts Administration, Finance Administration or Accounts Support position.

You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a company that has been established for over 40 years, and has a enviable reputation in their field.
