We are seeking a skilled Qualified Management Accountant to join a manufacturing business based in Corby. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing accurate financial reports and managing accounting operations. Day to Day of the Role:
- Produce quarterly Management Accounts and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Prepare Monthly and Year-End Accounts.
- Oversee Credit Control and Cash Flow management.
- Conduct VAT Returns and manage multi-currency bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card statements.
- If experienced, handle the management of Letters of Credit (advantageous but not essential).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Proficiency with Sage 50 accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of VAT Returns.
- Experience with managing multi-currency bank accounts.
- Skilled in managing petty cash and credit card statements.
- Familiarity with Letters of Credit is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to work autonomously.
