Location: Corby 

Salary: £22,500.00 (PRO RATA) £13,500.00 Part Time equivalent

Hours: 22.5 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday | 9.30AM- 2.30PM

Our client, a UK leader in the facilities services space, has an immediate need to employ a reliable office administrator. 

The role involves working closely with other members of staff, in particular, Technical and Contract managers, to assist with the smooth running of our clients’ web systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scanning documents and maintaining records within our in-house document management system (ECM)
  • Proactively managing our client’s systems (Elogbooks), uploading paperwork, and closing jobs, ensuring jobs are closed within SLAs.
  • Producing reports daily from our client’s systems, ensuring that these are updated and sent out to managers for review.
  • Liaising with Technical managers to ensure engineers paperwork is correct and ready to be uploaded to client’s systems.
  • Covering the Town Centre Management reception desk, answering incoming calls, meeting & greeting customers, tenants & contractors.
  • Other reasonable ad hoc duties as required

Desired Skills/Attributes:

  • An experienced and confident administrator
  • Ideally 2 years experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail is vital for this role
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office incl outlook
  • Excellent Organisational and communication skills
