We are supporting a long-standing client of ours based in Corby in finding an experienced Booking Administrator to support the export functions and work closely with their distribution centres.

As a successful candidate, you must have experience in export air and sea shipping processes. So if that is the case for you, and you are a team player, have impeccable organisational skills, and you are up for a challenge, apply now!

Hours: 10:30am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday (occasional overtime flexibility on short notice is required, in order to finish anything outstanding - do not worry, this is remunerated).

Pay: £13/hour

Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain market shipping lists for the export team.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation for carriers.
  • Use SAP to check special provisions, such as dangerous goods identification.
  • Liaise with distribution centres and carriers to manage shipping volumes.
  • Support the ocean movement schedules, including preparing shipping lists and documentation.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP (or willingness to learn).
  • Familiarity with export air and sea logistics.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
