Adecco are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client in Corby as they expand their team.
Job title: Sales Administrator
Salary: up to 25k - 27k
Location: Corby
Hours: A choice of either 8am - 5pm / 9am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
- Handling customer enquiries via incoming calls - passing over messages to the relevant departments
- Maintain customer records on the system
- Handling registration & warranty paperwork
- Assisting with invoicing
- General day to day office administration relating to company products and services
The ideal candidate:
- Skilled administrator
- Self Confidence and good relationship building skills
- Motivated, humble and a good attitude
- Comfortable on the phone
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail
