Shift Patterns:

*6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

*Overtime available!

Pay Rates:

*Hourly Wage: 11.44

*Overtime Pay: 14.30 - 17.16

As a Production Operative, you will need to have:

*Prior experience in production, packing, or warehouse environments (preferred, not essential).

*Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

*Attention to detail for quality assurance.

*A team-oriented mindset.

*Basic math skills for accurate labelling and inventory tracking.

Role of a Production Operative:

*Packing & Sorting: Pack fruits into containers, ensuring correct weight, quality, and presentation.

*Quality Control: Inspect fruits for damage or defects.

*Labelling: Accurately label packages with weight, variety, and batch codes.

*Sanitation: Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to food safety standards.

*Safety: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
