Job Title: Graduate Marketing Communications Executive

An exciting opportunity for a positive, focused graduate to join this firm and really make a difference. With a new product about to go to market this is a really exciting time to join and be part of this and other ongoing marketing activity.

Your role will progress as you develop more knowledge of the business, however starting activity will involve the following:

  • create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
  • ensure new product to market is launched and successful
  • communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • work closely with external creative/web/IT to design marketing materials
  • write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • produce creative content, including videos (TIK TOK/YOUTUBE) and blog posts
  • run social media channels
  • analyse results from social media
  • arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • maintain and update customer databases
  • conduct market research
  • develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • be involved in the creative process whether this be the creation for a product or general amendments to what is sent

As you develop more knowledge you will have the opportunity to:

  • develop and implement more detail to the current marketing strategy
  • evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
  • track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
  • oversee and manage the marketing budget.

  • Make alterations to marketing strategy to ensure effective and plan activity

HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 17.30 Friday 9.00 - 4.00pm

SALARY: Circa £25,000 - £27,000

HOLIDAY: 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Two stage process:

The first interview will be a Microsoft Teams video call or a telephone call.

The second interview will be face to face at our office.
