Key Requirements:
- Minimum of Engineering Team Leader experience
- Electrical Level 3 qualification or higher
- Experience in FMCG or Food Industry
- Proficiency with CMMS systems
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience in day-to-day running of an engineering department
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the maintenance department
- Oversee and optimize daily operations
- Implement and maintain CMMS systems
- Lead and execute engineering projects
