Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a market leading FMCG global manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Food Technologist Assistant to join them. You will be providing administration and scientific analysation support to the Technical Team, including Process Technologists, Technical Managers, NPD and Quality Assurance Auditors:

• Coordinating all documentation in relation to any technical issues with products, and highlighting these reports to Process Technologists & Management Team
• Attend and contribute NPD and Technical meetings weekly
• Collate production samples, and record findings on internal database
• Be a key coordinator in product trails, liaising with production to ensure timing match all required diaries, recording and distribute results
• Work closely with Technical Team, supporting projects, and maintaining and updating project documentation and circulating internally

We would expect the successful Food Technologist Assistant to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Food Science practises, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly, confident manner, with the ability to educate others. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures.
