Macildowie is thrilled to be working with a leading based in Corby, Northamptonshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join this dynamic organisation undergoing a period of transformation.This permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £45,000, with hybrid working arrangements.?

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Management:Oversee the launch of a new website and webstore, leveraging platforms like Shopify or Magento, ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics CRM.?

• Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase following and engagement across digital platforms.?

• Email Marketing:Manage and organise the email marketing list, ensuring campaigns are targeted and effective in driving engagement and sales.??

• Event Management:Plan and execute annual events to showcase services and solutions, creating memorable experiences for stakeholders and clients.?

• Website Segmentation:Drive the separation of services and solutions into distinct websites to optimise the customer journey and experience.?

• Promotional Campaigns:Lead the creation and execution of promotional initiatives that support business growth and sales objectives.?

• Stakeholder Management:Report on marketing analytics and results at board level, presenting campaign strategy and ROI.?

• Budget Management:Be responsible for making the most out of the marketing budget, from delivery to strategy.?

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including website management, social media, and email marketing.?

• Strong project management skills, particularly in website development and CRM integration.?

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.???

• Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign performance.?

• A 'doer' mentality - this role is a strong combination of delivery and strategy. You will need to be autonomous and able to juggle different responsibilities.?
