Adecco are currently recruiting for a Sales Project Manager to join our client in Corby as they expand their sales team.

Job title: Sales Project ManagerSalary: up to £40 -£45k DOELocation: CorbyHours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (occasional evening flexibility may be required due to US based clients)

Role Overview:Our client are looking to expand their sales team within the UK by adding a determined and experienced Sales Project Manager. The individual will be tasked with managing and developing multiple customer accounts by supporting enquiries, quotations, order updates and general account management. As part of the team, the individual will achieve experience in all aspects of our Sales objectives and be part of an excellent team and company, who is leading the way in terms of its approach and success within the field.

The role is predominantly internally based; however, the individual could also travel and visit the USA on occaison.

Job Description:

  • Manage a select number of accounts in terms of Enquiries, Consignment Stock levels and general support
  • Build and Develop new business with existing and potential customers
  • Have a pro-active attitude in qualifying new leads and onboarding new customers
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also striving to achieve both team and individual targets
  • Effectively manage databases of customer information and activity
  • Support administrative teams with Customer Stock Management
  • Project management of larger contract business

The ideal candidate:

  • Project management experience, so they can take the lead on the companys contractual business.
  • Sales Experience, ideally both internal and external
  • Self Confidence and good relationship building skills
  • Motivated, humble and a good attitude
  • Comfortable on the phone and Teams Video Calls
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail
