- Handling incoming customer enquiries and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with our Lease Partners and provide periodic reports.
- Manage SME account portfolio and support Area Sales Managers with Key Account management.
- Work with System Edstrom Approved Installers to manage the process of third-party conversions and maintain timely communication to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with dealerships and OEMs to arrange onward movement of vehicles post conversion.
- Oversee the process of tender submissions and meeting rigid deadlines.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database by entering and updating client information as well as ensuring accurate quote data.
- The ability to manage an account base and recognise new business opportunities.
- A keen eye for detail and ensure the effective administration of processes and procedures within our sales cycle.
- Take ownership of timely submissions of quotation and tender submissions with a focus on ensuring concise content.
- The desire to develop commercial relationships and accumulate industry knowledge.
- Maintain strong internal relationships and work closely with Operational colleagues as well as with Customer Support Team in managing client and partner expectations.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organised and have the experience to manage processes with attention to detail and a strong analytical approach.
