Adecco are currently recruiting for CNC Operators at various levels to join an organisation based in Corby where you will be working for a market leading manufacturing company. Job title: CNC Operative

Salary: £25k - £30k (dependant on experience levels)

Location: Corby NN17

Hours: 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Possess 3 to 5 key competencies, such as Handwork, CNC router, Drilling, Edgebanding, Sawyer, Bonding, and Warehouse duties

- Follow production instructions and customer specifications

- Produce quality work promptly and professionally

- Meet production targets and report issues to the Production Manager

- Handle waste products per Company guidelines

- Suggest efficiency and quality improvements

- Share knowledge for cross-training

- Use appropriate materials and tools for each job

- Complete route cards and documents accurately

- Record routine machine adjustments promptly

- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and ISO regulations

- Maximize productivity and material yields by understanding orders

- Set up machines and troubleshoot as needed

- Communicate effectively with the production team

- Support machine maintenance and tooling management

- Perform additional duties as required by the Company
