Engineering Manager

Elevation recruitment Group is working with an automation company based in Corby to recruit an Engineering Manager.

Salary: £65,000-£70,000

Duties of the Engineering Manager will include:

• Line management of a team of 30 multi-skilled maintenance engineers
• PPM and reactive maintenance schedule management
• Budget responsibility for the engineering department
• KPI metrics and analysis
• Continuous improvement and compliance management
