Position Contracts Manager

At Impact Handling you will be responsible formanaging the nominated Major Accounts to ensure we meet and exceed our contractual obligations in addition to ensuring ongoing profitability.

You will be expected to work with customers to provide analysis and remote support, this will include regular reporting, on site reviews and setting and following up on KPI's and SLA requirements. This role is vital to the business and ensures our national customers have the rite support to enable growth and we have all the right information to secure customer satisfaction and deliver or exceed expectations.

Please note this role will be partially based from Corby but will require extensive national travel to customer sites.

  • Experience from a similar role
  • Analytical with good reporting skills
  • The ability to produce and delivery on site presentations
  • Good attitude with the ability to stay motivated
  • A customer focused perspective and approach
  • Relationship building skills and experience
