Duties will include but not be limited to:
Providing administrative support to the other departments
Undertake ad-hoc task as necessary to meet the business needs and for you own personal development
Data entry input into company inventory management system
Carry out customer authorisations, releasing vehicles into operations for rectification work to commence
Ensure that customer SLAs are met or exceeded
Processing of any incoming customer claims, ensuring all queries are followed up and resolved within SLA
Be available to support other areas within the Admin Team

Good knowledge of company systems (Fusion/ACS/Vision/Mstore)
Good communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
Team player, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office- including Excell
Customer service skills and good telephone manner
Shift Patterns:
Monday to Saturday (if work Saturday, one day off given during the week)
08:30am to 17:00pm
Salary:
£12.04 Per Hour
