?? Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representatives - Corby

We are excited to partner with a large client in Corby who is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department. This role offers an ongoing contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Details
  • Training Period: Approximately 7 weeks, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Post-Training Shifts: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (7.5 hours/day).
  • Additional Shifts:
    • Occasional evenings up to 10:30 pm.
    • 1 in 5 Saturdays and 1 in 6 Sundays.
    • 2 bank holidays per year.
Main Duties
  • Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.
  • Identifying and ordering spare parts and accessories.
  • Cross-selling products where applicable.
