Exceptional customer service is essential to ensure smooth operations for NHS delivery contracts.Key Responsibilities:
- Activate patient orders per contract guidelines.
- Resolve delivery issues by liaising with warehouses and logistics partners.
- Investigate stock issues and provide timely solutions.
- Process phone sales for top-up products.
- Achieve internal and external KPIs.
- Address sensitive situations with empathy.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year phone-based customer service experience (call centre experience is desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and database systems
- Organised, empathetic, and adaptable under pressure.
