Role Overview:As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll handle 150-200 calls daily, supporting NHS customers with product orders, resolving delivery issues, and processing additional purchases. Exceptional customer service is essential to ensure smooth operations for NHS delivery contracts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate patient orders per contract guidelines.
  • Resolve delivery issues by liaising with warehouses and logistics partners.
  • Investigate stock issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Process phone sales for top-up products.
  • Achieve internal and external KPIs.
  • Address sensitive situations with empathy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year phone-based customer service experience (call centre experience is desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and database systems
  • Organised, empathetic, and adaptable under pressure

This role sits in a large supportive team and full training is provided.
