 As a Customer Services Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales delivery process. You'll manage everything from order processing to invoicing, handle customer pricing and stock allocation, and ensure smooth dispatch operations. Your role will involve addressing customer enquiries, supporting the field sales team, and coordinating between sales, quality, production, packing, and dispatch teams to meet customer expectations and ensure timely deliveries.

We value effective communication and coordination to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll utilize Sage 200 for Sales Ledger, Sales Order Processing (SOP), and Stock Management, along with MS Office and our in-house Laboratory Information System (LIMs). Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, good energy, and willingness to take ownership of tasks in a busy environment with high order volume.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Proficient IT skills – adept in navigating Windows-based systems, MS Office, file/document management, and email.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills – able to prioritise and work efficiently through tasks.
  • Experience using Sage 200 and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Desirable:

  • Advanced use of Sage 200 & Microsoft Excel.
