- Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints
- Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
- Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
- Finding a suitable resolution to the customers enquiry within the set parameters
- Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment, however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.

- Computer literacy skills with a minimum type of speed of 35 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process)

- Starting Salary of £24,000 per annum with the opportunity to increase earnings through additional training.

- 2 weeks working from home, fully remotely and 2 weeks working from the office, on a rotating basis.
- Working hours will be either a fixed shift of 9am - 5pm OR a rotation pattern working between the hours of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday on a weekly basis.
- You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 8 Sundays - the working hours for weekend shifts are 09:00 – 17:00.
