Customer Service Advisors - HybridCorbySalary £24,000Our extremely reputable, global client are recruiting Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis.   This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with excellent communication skills, a background in customer service and passion for service to join a forward-thinking, friendly team who can offer genuine career path opportunities.The successful candidate will have a background in customer service whether this be from a retail, hospitality, contact centre or office environment. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the high-volume pace of this role.In return, our client can offer a vibrant, modern office environment with on-site catering facilities and various benefits. Extensive training is provided.Please note, this role will rotate between office based and remote working rotas.Key Duties:
  • Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints
  • Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
  • Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
  • Finding a suitable resolution to the customers enquiry within the set parameters
Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment, however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic.
  • Willingness to learn and further develop.
  • Computer literacy skills with a minimum type of speed of 35 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
 The Offering:
  • Starting Salary of £24,000 per annum with the opportunity to increase earnings through additional training.

  • 2 weeks working from home, fully remotely and 2 weeks working from the office, on a rotating basis.
  • Working hours will be either a fixed shift of 9am - 5pm OR a rotation pattern working between the hours of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday on a weekly basis.
  • You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 8 Sundays - the working hours for weekend shifts are 09:00 – 17:00.
