We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Assistant on a part-time and permanent basis to join our clients small but busy team based in Earlstree Industrial Estate CorbyYou'll need to be a great multi-tasker! As well as a confident phone operator, both inbound and outbound, you will be required to accurately enter data whilst listening attentively to the callersā requirementsThe Role - working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to existing and new customersResponsibilities -Building a relationship over the phone to attract new customers and maintain current businessContacting new enquiries in a timely mannerCompleting all daily activity calls as directed by the Customer Service Team LeaderLog all orders onto Company systems accuratelyMaintaining a high standard of information on the customer database, following Company guidelinesFollow Company guidelines re scheduling calls and Company call workflowsSupporting all areas of the business by communicating customersā needs and feedbackWorking efficiently on all customer marketing campaignsCommunicating with Head Office regarding customers where appropriateSkills
- Caring and professional telephone manner
- Proficient at inputting data and maintaining a customer database
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, be hardworking
- Team player who can help other team members when needed
- Competent computer skills
- Ability with older customers
The office hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700
We have a 20 hour per week vacancy, ideally Mon-Fri, to include Monday and Tuesday afternoons 1-5pm
Additionally it is preferable if you hold a clean, manual, driving licenceheld for 5-10 years
