Customer Service Advisor – Part-Time - Hybrid Monday – Friday – 16:00 – 20:00Corby£24,000 per annum (pro-rata)Our extremely reputable, global client are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with excellent communication skills, a background in customer service and passion for service to join a forward-thinking, friendly team.The successful candidate will have a background in customer service whether this be from a retail, hospitality, contact centre or office environment. Excellent communication skills is essential due to the high-volume pace of this role.In return, our client can offer a vibrant, modern office environment with on-site catering facilities and various benefits. Extensive training is provided.Hybrid working is based on a 2 weekly rota. Key Duties:
  • Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints
  • Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
  • Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
  • Finding a suitable resolution to the customers enquiry within the set parameters
Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment, however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic.
  • Willingness to learn and further develop.
  • Computer literacy skills with a minimum type of speed of 30 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated

  • Keen team player
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
