Our client, a leading estate agency in Corby is offering a fantastic career opportunity. The job will involve working in a busy, fast paced office environment.
Role
You will be part of a team managing a large property portfolio, delivering high-quality lettings and management services as well as property sales to clients. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book lettings and sales valuations, conduct property viewings, liaise and negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants, progress tenancies though to move in.
Requirements

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Strong administration skills
Driver’s license
