Based in Corby, you'll work with a small marketing team of four, with hybrid working available after probation. Plan and execute outbound email marketing campaigns via HubSpot to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) for data accuracy and develop marketing strategies to nurture and convert leads.
Oversee website content updates (WordPress) and analyse performance using GA4 and Looker Studio.
Implement SEO strategies, track performance (SEMRush), and improve website health and visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing or a related field.
HubSpot CRM experience.
Expertise in outbound email marketing and campaign management.
Proficient in website analytics tools (SEMRush, Google Analytics).
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
