REED is excited to partner with a wonderful nursery in the Corby area to recruit a dedicated Nursery Practitioner. We are looking for someone to join our team in February or March 2025, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for Early Years: A genuine love for working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.
  • Initiative: Ability to take charge and be proactive.
  • Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 in Early Years, or UNQ with a minimum of 6 months experience in a nursery setting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Childcare & Supervision: Assist in the care and supervision of children.
  • Safe Environment: Create a nurturing space for children to play and learn.
  • Engagement: Involve children in age-appropriate activities and play.
  • Support: Help with diaper changes and potty training as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nursery area.
  • Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's day and any concerns.
